I just read an article in a magazine from Vitamin Cottage that suggests using ground flaxseed and chia instead of xanthan and guar gums in recipes but it didn't have any suggestions for amounts. Any ideas?
i would try 2 tsp as most recipes i have seen with flaxseed have been 2 tsp good luck
