Ingredients
- 1 cup cake flour
- ½ cup all- purpose flour – sifted
- 5 eggs - separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup butter – softened
- For the Glaze:
- ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tablespoons milk
