Noodles with Sautéed Chicken, Bell Peppers, Garlic and Ginger!!!
This is a nice dish for any night of the week and something a little different.

Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:
  • 2 lbs. of boneless chicken breast sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • For the Vegetables:
  • 2 bell peppers – sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño – sliced thin with seeds
  • 1 large Spanish onion – sliced
  • 3 inch piece of ginger – sliced thin
  • 6 cloves of garlic – chopped
  • 1 bunch of scallions – sliced thin
  • 1 lb. of your favorite noodles
  • Sweet and Spicy Sauce for this Dish:
  • 1 tablespoon of orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
