Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh peaches – chopped plus 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 cups of Lubella wheat flour
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 ½ tsps. baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
