About me

I've been cooking and eating good things for long enough that I have no patience for bad food. Home Cooks Online is a food blog I started to share good, easy recipes with like-minded cooks, and I now enjoy the company of a few friends who stop by and share their successful recipes too. If I had to answer that famous magazine question that asks, "What three things are always in your refrigerator?" I'd answer, "Lemons, Olives and Feta Cheese." By the looks of my grocery bill, there's a lot more in there too, but those three are high on my list. To quote my favorite French chef, "Happy Cooking."
