About me

Born in a New England Yankee family I began to learn to cook as a child. And I always loved cooking. As Italian cooking became more popular I had to learn to adopt my yankee tastes and try more ethnic foods. I am still learning new foods every year and it is quite an adventure.But I still retain my basic roots and steer clear of highly spiced and "hot" foods.
