i would like to make the Sausage and sauerkraut casserole....but it doesn't say when to add the apples. please advise asap. i wanted to make it this weekend.

March 9, 2010HI Stephen...thanks for the cookbook recommendation. I picked up Land of plenty : a treasury of authentic Sichuan cooking by Fuchsia Dunlop today. I never thought I'd pick up a chinese cookbook by an english author, but this got great reviews and looks awesome. Sichuan postings to come!
