About me

I've recently put myself on a gluten free diet to see if that helps improve my stomach problems. Since it has helped, I've been researching gluten free products and trying to learn how to prepare delicious, gluten free meals for my family. I am hoping to have this perfected by the time the holidays come around so that other family members won't know the "special" dishes from the ones they are accustomed to having!
