About me
Just when I'm getting comfortable in the kitchen, I discover my son's many food sensitivities and am thrusted into the world of gluten free cooking. But it's not that simple. We also need to stay away from casein, soy, eggs, and yeast. Gone (temporarily) are the days of going to the grocery store and buying treats off the shelf--even gluten-free ones. So as I attempt to get a handle on this, I will trying lots of new things in an attempt to get my little boy to eat. Oh, and there are more in the family. My husband and daughter also need to eat. The food needs to taste good for them too, because I am not cooking many variations of the same food.
