About me

I am a single mother & I love to cook..I became disabled in 1/2000 (had to have my stomach totally removed) & now I have to cook according to my situation. I do feed through a feeding tube but I do eat some by mouth like cream soups, broths, really soft foods, etc. I try to stay on the positive side & cooking is one of my loves. It is hard for me sometimes but I have to learn to keep my faith & I always have the support & love from my family. That is what keeps me going:)
