August 17, 2010Glad you joined Rich! Thanks for the great tip on my pasta with butter and parmesan recipe. I generally find I have to add extra butter to keep it moist, but would be smarter and healthier to not fully drain it as you suggest. These kinds of tips are so valuable. Thanks again!
