I've been a food professional for almost 30 years and had my first cookbook published in 1994. It was the first and only cookbook ever published on Passover Desserts (except for my new book on CD-rom, Amazing Passover Desserts). I now have a series of "Amazing" cookbooks, including Amazing Passover Desserts and Amazing Dairy-free Desserts. My newest CD-rom, Amazing Desserts- A Photographic Guide to Better Baking, will be out within the next two weeks. I was originally trained in French cooking, but soon transferred that knowledge to the pastry arena. In addition to baking, I love golf, exercise, movies and reading and devote a lot of time to BCC's Rally (in support of Susan G. Komen for the Cure).
