My wife does a majority of the day to day cooking, and I cook our "special" meals and anything that goes on the barbeque. I really enjoy cooking Cajun and Italian, and would like to learn how to cook more French and Asian meals. Some of my favorite things to make are steak and mushroom risotto, sausage and chicken jambalaya, tri-tip, crab and corn chowder, and chicken parmesan.
Living in the Bay Area and being near wine county, I enjoy pairing good local wines with my meals.
