About me

I was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Last year we moved to St. Petersburg with my husband. We are working both and usually have not much time to cook in evening. So we buy some fast cooking products like sausages, frozen pelmeni, vareniki. But on weekends I cook something tasty.

Cooking Influences

I was born in Uzbekistan and thus I like Uzbek dishes such as plov, somsa, lagman, mampar, naryn, kazan kabob etc. My family likes Russian traditions and food. Thats why I like pancakes very much. You can cook it with huge number of fillings. When I was in Thailand, I tasted Thai food and was shocked as it is either too spicy or too sweet. But afterwards I liked some ideas like mixing lots of vegetables with rice. Rice became my favorite garnish.
