Thanks John. Looking forward to checking out some of these recipes, they are just what I have been looking for. Personally, I am looking for authentic Tex-Mex, New Mexico / Mexican recipes. We love the heat and flavor of chilis of all kinds. It is the season for Hatch Green Chilis, and I am planning to bring out my frozen roasted chilis to make a batch of Chili Verde and Carne Guisada. I make them different by using beef ( round steak ) and pork roast in the other. And they are as different as night and day. Have a great weekend.
