I am an artist and moved to Santa Fe in 2006. I have always loved cooking and since I have moved here I have learned to cook with red and green chili. In the fall I love to go to the farmers market and smell the roasted green chili. They say they are addictive.
My son Ryan Fillhardt is a professional chef (he's listed here) and has helped me a lot. My mother was a good cook also. Growing up we had a large garden and ate wonderful meals out of it. We ate like this long before it was fashionable.
