About me

Changed to 'mostly' clean eating about 16 mos ago after some health issues. Hubbit does not join me on this healthy eating decision. I'm always looking for simple, yummy, healthy, nutrient dense recipes that aren't loaded with Calories. Mostly veggies and whole grains with a bit of meat and dairy. I try to avoid refined flours, sugars, oils as much as is possible.
