Today I'm trying my hand at spiced sweet potato fries! I researched many recipes, more to get a good temp and time in order to ensure that I get crispy fries. Hey, did you know that if you add cornstarch to your mix, it will help crisp up the fries? News to me!!!! They should be delish!
