About me

I am a white American girl who just married her prince charming. His is hansome, sweet, and very loving and we are so happy together.... until I put dinner on the table :( I grew up in North Carolina in the USA and my honey is a Malyalam Indian raised in Rajasthan. He is the kind of man that the way to his heart is TRUELY through his stomach. He is always kind but my Indian cooking leaves A LOT to be desired. I need help! Especially with the vegetables. I do well with curries like chicken but all my dal, vegetable, and rice dishes need lot of work. Anyone got a magic wand?
