I love to cook. I have a special interest in making favorites into healthier dishes and creating new ones. Very rarely do I follow a recipe but mostly use them as a guide to creating something new. If I don't have all the ingredients, I'm particularly talented at improvising and still making a delicious dish. Baking really isn't my thing unless it's bread but occasionally (really around the holidays) I bake cookies but nothing too fancy. Other foods I like to prepare are stir fry and trying new Thai recipes (I love curry).
