About me

We are January and Tommy, an early 30's couple who grew up on processed foods (The "normal" American diet) and always wondered why we never felt good. We are always active (ice hockey, hiking, biking) never felt we were reached our full potential. We had problems like chronic fatigue, skin problems, weight problems. And it just all didn't make sense. Now we've got it all figured out and changed our lifestyles to become plant predominant. We came to the realization every remedy our body needs is on this Earth, naturally. We are building this blog to share our story, offer help, guidance and suggestions to those who want to improve their life. We'll share stories, remedies, recipes, pictures and our travels!
