I am mother of two young boys and I have one on the way. I have a wonderful husband that loves to eat whatever I put in front of him. I cook at least four days of the week and I try to prepare meals that the entire family will eat. I am a sucker for cookbooks and I have a ton of them. I prefer full-flavored dishes with plenty of fat over healthier dishes. I am trying to cook healthier, though. So I am on the lookout for healthy recipes that taste delicious.
