My name is Gerald Miller, otherwise known by my online moniker, triolus. I was born in Augusta, GA and now live in Portland, OR. I have been cooking for several years now, and have taught myself the whole way by learning from blogs and recipes online.

Triolus Cooks! is my database of recipes. I post most of the meals I cook on my website in order to keep track of the recipes and ingredients required, as well as share these delicious meals with the rest of the world! Most of the food I cook and post to my website can be easily cooked at home and use ingredients that are common to most grocery stores across the United States.
