I've been cooking since I was about eight or nine. In high school I was one of about four to take bachelor living. I learned a lot of basics there and was encouraged to seek a job cooking. I cooked on and off in everything from dives to very nice dinner clubs. I worked with several good chefs. One in particular taught me more by accident than all the rest. VJ thanks so much. Now I cook for family and friends. I enjoy writing recipes and testing them out at holiday gatherings. I must be doing something right I've yet to bring food home.
