You wanted to make something from scratch I'm so glad you chose this instead of canned biscuit dough (Loaded with transfat and made with tasteless bleached flour containing no vitamins).
Unbleached bread flour has an abundance of vitamins and flavor.
You did your family a favor by avoiding shortening and cheap cooking oils.
