I'm a food and travel writer living in Vancouver, Canada. I love home cooking focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients. My twin loves are the foods of France and Italy, particularly the rustic cooking of the French country kitchen. Although I have always been interested in cooking, I only began to study it seriously in the past year. To help document my progress, I started my blog, Gratinee. Experimenting with recipes and learning from other food bloggers has been a great adventure.
