Seattle girl uprooted young and living in Barcelona up until a recent move a few hours south, to the lovely city of Valencia. Experiencing what it means to thrive in the Spanish culture. Sharing my sporadic adventures throughout life usually revolving around my passions: Culinary Arts, Business Management, Baking, Cake Decorating, Languages, Learning and Traveling. Was training to be a Chef/Pastry Chef, however have set my sites in a new direction.
