I reconstruct difficult recipes to make them easier. I prefer recipes that have the fewest ingredients and steps to ones that require clearing off the countertops to make room. I have to try new recipes as it seems that after making something three times, it's jinxed. This keeps me creative. But, some recipes are so simple, they are fool proof.
